Pipeline Patrol Inspection UAV

Pipeline patrol mini UAV is especially designed for autonomous flight and operation in sewages and rain water pipelines and comprehensive urban pipeline capsules where are dark and free of GPS signal. Such UAVs are deployed to check pipeline cracks and blockage. With the help of our patrol and inspection result analysis software matched to this UAV platform, the inspection report can be generated automatically, thus improving the pipeline inspection efficiency and reducing cost.

Fully Automatic Flight with High Efficiency

This UAV can automatically fly by visual and laser radar navigation, thus greatly improving the patrol efficiency. It can carry diversified gas sensors (CH4, SO2, H2S, O2) and 4K wide-angle detection camera simultaneously for data and information acquisition, featuring high operating efficiency.

Automatic Generation of Inspection Report

With the help of our patrol and inspection result analysis software matched to this UAV platform, position calibration, defect tag selection, and data screening for the photograph data can be implemented, and automatically generated inspection report is able to be opened directly on the web page or in Microsoft Word.

The UAV is configured with functions such as one-key startup and separation, thus simplifying surface operations and downstream recovery, improving the pipeline patrol efficiency, and reducing cost.

High Intelligence and Safety

By leveraging the visual SLAM technology, the UAV can thoroughly perform autonomous obstacle avoidance. In case of emergencies, it will automatically land onto the ground. If it needs to land on water, with its self-protection function, it can float on the water surface by using protection supports.
